Shipping policy

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC:

  1. Shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 2,999
  3. Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days after dispatch
  4. Weaving timelines are mentioned in the product details. Generally sarees are dispatched within 15-20 working days.
  5. Customised orders like blouse stitching/any request for colour modification will take additional 10 working days
  6. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@sanduk.co within 24 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL:

  1. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order
  2. Any request for Express shipping will incur Extra charges. Charges will be calculated by the team and will be informed to you in advance
  3. Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer (Our IEC code is ABGCS9713A)
  4. Our delivery partners are ARAMEX/DHL/FEDEX/DTDC/INDIAN POST. We use Shiprocket delivery system and delivery partner will be chosen as per the ratings and cost for the given address
  5. From 1st July 2021, VAT would be applicable on all shipments delivered in EU. The duty and VAT has to be borne by the customers.

Delay in Dispatch

  1. If there is a delay in dispatch due to any other natural calamity, public holiday or any unforeseen circumstance, we shall not be liable to return or exchange the goods.
  2. If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail. You may then choose to wait, choose alternate products, or opt for a refund.
