Return Policy and Cancellation  

NOTE FOR RETURN:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
  • Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange
  • Customized products/ Made to orders such as Lehenga, Blouses, Made to Order Sarees etc. cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return/Exchange request that is not raised within 5 days of receiving the product would not be accepted
  • Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customized orders if needed
  • Products bought during a sale are non-returnable

Return Policy for Domestic Orders:

  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at support@sanduk.co mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have easy return policy but please note, our products are handwoven and delicate. As the fabrics are pure each saree requires very careful handling. Hence, we offer returns only in extreme circumstances
  • Raise your return request within 5 days of receiving the shipment through this link:  https://sanduk.co/apps/return_prime or mail us on support@sanduk.co mentioning your order number and the reason for return. You can also reach out to us on our WhatsApp number 9412212724
  • If you receive any defective product, do contact us within 48 hours by mailing us at support@sanduk.co with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will initiate the return and refund the amount of the product once we have received it
  • Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  • For online orders, payments are refunded to your account within 5-10 business days. These are standard timelines set by the Payment gateways
  • The amount refunded to you would be only for the products, not the shipping charges
  • In case we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product
  • For COD orders, the refund will be done through bank transfers. Our team will get in touch with you. COD charges are non-refundable

Return Policy for International Orders:

  1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  3. If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs, or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are nonrefundable
  5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product by mailing us at support@sanduk.co with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will refund the amount of that defective product, shipping charges would not be refunded

 

Cancellation Policy :

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched

Exchange Policy: 

  1. We do not have an exchange policy. You can raise a return request and can re-shop the desired product
