Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
For online orders, payments are refunded to your account within 5-10 business days. These are standard timelines set by the Payment gateways
The amount refunded to you would be only for the products, not the shipping charges
For COD orders, the refund will be done through bank transfers. Our team will get in touch with you. COD charges are non-refundable
For International orders, the amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable
